Fish Tale Pilsner

Description

The pilsner style is one of the most recognised in the world, but the beer style varies greatly between countries. We keep ours true to the German tradition using German malt and hops to achieve that unique bitterness and flavour.

Appearance
Traditional European golden colour with a tight, frothy white head. It’s best served with a comparatively large head of about 2 cm.

Aroma
The German hops give a slightly fruity and spicy profile to the beer

Flavour
This is a medium bodied lager with a unique, rich, malty flavour balanced by the bitterness of the German hops.

Overall impression
A crisp, dry, refreshing beer.
